TiER1 Website Design
TiER1 Performance is a consulting firm that helps companies navigate transformation across people, operations, growth, and change. When they launched a major rebrand, their existing website no longer reflected the ambition or energy of who they'd become — they needed a digital presence that could speak credibly to everyone from frontline managers to the C-suite.
The challenge was translating a bold new brand identity into a site that felt vibrant and reflective of the TiER1 team culture. My goal was to give the site depth — using parallax scrolling and subtle motion to let the new branded elements breathe and command attention. Below are a few highlights from the build.
