TiER1 Website Design
TiER1 Performance is a consulting firm helping companies navigate transformation across people, operations, growth, and change. When they launched a major rebrand, their existing website no longer reflected the ambition or energy of who they'd become. They needed a digital presence that could speak credibly to all their staff from frontline managers to the C-suite.
The challenge was translating a bold new brand identity into a site that felt vibrant and reflective of the TiER1 team culture. My goal was to be an advocate for their new brand, and give the site depth, orchestrating animation and video to bring life to the site. Below are a few highlights from the build.
